| Contour Sport & Spa Gel Pad Electrodes feature a medical grade hydrogel on one side and a non-adhesive backer on the other. This design allows you to position the gel pad on various muscle groups without the aid of a garment or straps.
Electrode placement sites should be clean, dry, and free of skin oils, lotions, cosmetics, etc. Be sure to wash hands before handling and applying electrodes.
If used properly, Contour gel pad electrodes should last up to 30 sessions.
Use the small Sport and Spa gel pad electrodes for small muscle groups such as, biceps, triceps and forearms. Do not use these single sided electrodes with your ab belt. They WILL NOT stick to the Contour ab belt.
