"Okay let's put your Contour Core belt together. You should have in front of you the Contour Core belt, four triple A batteries, the M2 muscle stimulator, the belt clip, and the medical grade gel pads. First thing that you want to do is you want to insert the battery so flip the M2 device over, grab the latch on the back and take off the cover and then you are going to insert your four triple A batteries. Now, remember that you've got positive and negative. Mind that you put those in the right positions and when they're secured you put the battery cover back on until it clicks into place. Second thing you want to do is attach the belt clip. The belt clip simply slides in. It's got a groove and it clicks into place and becomes very secure. Now every time, subsequently, that you need to replace the batteries, which won't be for a very long time, you'll want to take this clip off. To do so you'll simply lift on the latch and you slide it back towards you. The first time that you do that it's going to feel a little stickier and then every time you use it from then on it's going to get easier and easier. Okay, what you want to do with the M2 muscle stimulator at this point is connect it to your Contour Core belt. And there is a holster here on the side so what we need to do is take the belt clip and slide it into the holster and that's just going to go snug inside there and then its set, not a problem.
The belt at this point is ready for your medical grade electronic gel pads and those are going to go on the back. Now remember the first time this is set up will take a little bit of effort and every time there after it should be smooth sailing and you'll be good to go. The electronic gel pads are going to come in a sealed container. You'll want to go ahead and just tear the top of those off. Open it up, flip those open, and then undo it. Now, these are already stuck together. I like to separate them. That's just going to give you a little bit more freedom so that you see how to move it around. We'll move this out of the way. You can see that there's a polka dotted side and a blue side. We're going to remove the blue paper off the back and there's a nice handle for these where you can just grab and release. You see that there's a connection device on these and then you want to place the pad against the belt exactly where you see the oval, making sure the connector is towards the top and facing that hole. You need to repeat this process for all four. All you need to do is go in the lines and keep the connectors facing toward the top and towards that top hole. Repeat the process on the other side of the belt and remember these gel pads are going to last you about 30 or 40 sessions so once you set this up, you don't have to repeat this process. The next step is you want to put the connectors into the hole so to do that you lift the backside down and pull that through. Connectors are going to go through the hole, place in and pull through. You want to do it on one side and then you want to do it on the other side. Notice how that you can flip that back. Connectors go through and when you flip it over you see that they're exposed. You're ready to hook up your M2 muscle stimulator. I'm going to take the lead wires on the right side of my M2 stimulator and I am going to take those and lace them through the belt loop, pull that tight. First thing that I like to do is go to the far side and notice how you've got a mitten on the underneath of this belt, you're going to slide that all the way through until you see the exposed ends of the lead wires and then very easily because you've already got the exposure you're going to place one of them through one of the electrode connectors and the other. You don't need to worry about whether the red or the black connects to the one left or the right side of the electronic pack. Either way works fine. The object is just once you've put that together, you tuck that in and that's secure. Now let's connect the right side of the M2 muscle stimulator so you've got the lead wires, lace those through the belt loop, pull that tight and connect those to the exposed gel pad connectors. Again, red and black, it doesn't matter which one. Now just for good housekeeping you see how you've got a little extra wire right here, tuck that inside your belt. Just keep things nice and tidy. Voila! You've got all of our gel pads on the back of the belt. The M2 muscle stimulator is already connected. The Contour Core belt is ready to use. You simply need to take off the plastic liner every time, place it against your body and you're good to go."
