Contour has a Core Enhancement Back Care kit. This kit allows you to strengthen your lower and mid-back muscles. It also can be used for a soothing massage.

A healthy back is important to core strengthening.

Adding the Core Enhancement Back Care Kit to your Contour CoreBelt, gives your core a complete 360-degree workout.

I just used my back care kit for the first time yesterday and was surprised how much I liked it. It almost felt like part work, part massage. But I do have a question. You hear with traditional ab work to pull in your abs not push them out. That if you push your abs out you can train them to go out instead of in. Is this information true? While using the back kit I noticed that my abs were being pushed out.
