I purchased my Contour system and have not yet received the package, but I had a question about the Gel Cells used for this product:

How often do you need to replace the Gel Cells?

3-month supply of GelPads for the Contour CoreBelt System. 3 packages of 4 GelPads. Each GelPad typically lasts (if applied once a day), for 30-45 applications.

Where can you buy these Gell Pad Replacements... See I'm thinking about buying the Contour next week, but I'm looking for some hardcore fax. Does this really work? And how long does it take to see results... And is it all you have to do is watch your diet and just where this thing?

Hi,

You can buy the gel pads online by going to Accessories. Or you can order the gel pads by calling Contour Customer Service at 1-866-504-8591 (M-F, 7-7 p.m. CST).

To see how the Contour Core Sculpting System works, you can watch our video at Demonstrations. For additional information about the Contour Core Sculpting System, please refer to our Technology section, where our Frequency Asked Questions are listed.

How fast you see results will depend on four key things. The first involves F.I.T. or Frequency, Intensity and Time. In order for the Contour CoreBelt to have a positive impact, the user must use it at least 5-days per week (Frequency); turn up the intensity to a level that is producing muscle contractions during the exercise phase (Intensity) and use the complete program (Time).

Additionally, the user needs to choose the right program (Resistance or Strength). The Resistance program is recommended for firming. The Strength program is recommended for toning and strength.

Finally, in order to see a difference, the user must get rid of body fat by supplementing the Contour Core Sculpting System with a sensible eating and exercise program. A sensible eating program is included with the Diet and Exercise guide included with your purchase of the Contour Core Sculpting System.

Guys let's be real. The Contour doesn't "Magically burn fat". I've been using the Contour for nearly 10 days and feel a lot different. My ABS are more tight and you really get a workout after doing the 45 minute session on Resistance Mode. This belt gives you a PHENOMENAL workout. You are working your ABS, but it is your responsibility to cut down on the pizzas, fries, fast-food...etc That's true with any diet or weight-loss plan. After your workout you WILL feel that you worked your abs seriously (depending on your intensity level), but without sweating or straining.

Hi!
If the sensation you are feeling is not what you are use to, or you have to increase the intensity quite high.

Stickiness doesn't affect the gel pads though.
