It would be very interesting (not to mention expensive), but could be very effective if practical.

What if you had your countour on your mid section, and then had a contour on each theigh working the quads and triceps, and also one on each upper arm working the biceps and triceps, all at one time...

Is this realistic? You could get a near total body workout in very little time, without really conciously working, you could do it while watching tv...

Also, couldn't you adjust the settings to make the contractions smaller, but at a much more rapid pace to give yourself a good, but easy, cardio workout???

Is contour developing products designed specificl for these areas? I think that would be a great idea.

Obviously you can't, or they can't design one for the pectorial area or shoulder muscles due to the closeness to the heart and the nature of the product.

I would love to hear some answers to these questions and some feedback on these ideas.

I will likely buy my 1st countour soon, and depending on my experience with it, and the answers I receive here, I might buy more soon.:w00t:
