Just 4 days into using the Core Sculpting System and already love it and looking forward to results! The one thing tho that has perplexed me the most - between the Sport and Spa chart, the size of electrode suggested for other body parts, other peoples question about using a system for other body parts ~ there has been no clear answer as to whether you can work out other parts and is another type of belt needed or available (aside from the one for the back)for those other body parts? (would be great to have something on the website). The chart is great, but are the circles on each body part the indicators of where each pad would go, and if so why are the circles on the "Abdominals" placed differently then where we put them on the belt?

To use the Contour Muscle Stimulator on other body parts beside the abs and low back you will need to purchase the Sport and spa gel pads from this site. The sport and spa gel pads have gel on one side and a plastic liner on the back side (not an adhesive as on the garment gel pads). This will allow you to place the gel pad on the specific body part you want to work with the need for anything over the top of the gel pad. The gel hold the pad in place.
On the body part chart poster there is an alternative placement of gel pads for the abs if you do not have a belt. This placement would not work your obliques as well as the placement under the belt.

Are there any recommendations or precautions for using the gel pads on the pectorals?

Hi,

It is not recommended that you use gel pads on your pectorals.

As to where you can use gel pads on your body, there's a great reference in the Resource Library.

Click on the Resource Library tab and scroll down until you see the Gel Pad Placement for Total Body Workout. Open the file and it will show you where to place the gel pads and whether or not you should use the large or small Sport & Spa gel pads.

Enjoy!
