I just got my contour belt,30 days now. I have a question- if I get my belt up to 27 or higher it will stop and go to the begining and I have to reenter every-thing and try again. If I start it at 17 and put the numbers in slowly then it will get through a session but I still have trouble if I get the numbers over 27. I changed the batteries does anyone know why the belt would do this? I like my belt and want to keep it I have even refered the belt to others. I also was wondering why do the belts in the video's not have wires showing from the gel pads?

If you click on the link to Contour TV, from the home page, you can watch a set of instructional videos where you will see wires showing from the gel pads.
