I can't yet appreciate how you should progress with the contour. I just got the device the other day and am excited about it so far bu; should I stay at level 1 until I reach a certain amount of intensity and then progress to level 2. I don't have any understanding of levels vs. intensity. Once you find the maximum intensity should only then you increase to the next level??

I got the product 2 days ago and cannot ge it to work. I tried using the contour pads on both siades and I feel nothing. I even turned it up to 60%.
