Hi!

I'm in my third week & have definitely lost 2-3 inches, my wife won't leave me alone..lol!

Definitely combine arobics 3 times a week plus eat meals no larger than a deck of cards 3-4 times a day.

You WILL see results!:)

Hi Hazzard
I don't know about the frequency and was wondering myself if I could use it several times a day.
However, when I was at a fat farm several years ago they told me while losing fat I may still gain weight due to increase in muscle. I don't know if that is true or not. The trainers on "biggest loser" say it is not true.
I guess it depends on who you ask. Just go by the measurements you take. That should do it. I, too, hope to lose some weight, but I just received the machine yesterday, so only time will tell.
good luck!!

Hazzard,
hope you are seeing results by now, in the literature it does say there needs to be at least 6 hours between uses, so using the Contour 3 times a day in the same areas would probably be more detrimental than helpful. And if you are exercising 2 times a day also and targeting the same areas you could definitely be doing more harm than good.:ermm:
Take one of those 45 minutes sessions and go for a brisk walk. Why the urgency in weight loss, only because rapid weight loss is very rarely kept off. Losing weight gradually but steadily encourages the body to find it's natural balance.:ermm:

I use the product once or twice a day (I am on day 4). Should I use different programs each time or should I stay on the same program? Also, how do people handle Level 30???

I am a Fire Fighter and I work out 5 days a week. I got this thing today and started out a 35%. It hurts for a bit but u probably wont injure yourself. Plus, it doesnt hurt as bad as doing actual ab excersices. I got this belt so I could basically add another "workout" every day when im at home with the family. will see how it works in a couple of weeks. Also, for people that arent in great shape. Dont expect to see results fast. Getting in shape is a LOOOONG process. But for the BEST POSSIBLE results, make sure to eat healthy and exercise. Take Care.

hi folks. question for you: how do you move the M2 to repeat the last session? where is the button? everytime i start it, i have to go thru the sequence. not a major problem, as i am new, just got it this week, but soon i will want to try the other sequences. thus any advice on how to adjust the M2, i.e. how to change the settings?

the best thing to do is figure out your calorie intake and stay under it.

I started Nov 6th at Intensity 30% and have increased 10% per day so now I'm at 70% intensity, boy does my shirt move during the workout at Level 1. I figure each week I will go up to another Level.
I'm a big guy 6'6" 290 lbs. so I figure I can handle more than most.

I've had my belt for a week now. I use it twice a day. Once in the morning and then again after work in the evening. I can definitely see a difference. My whole mid-section is tighter and firmer. But don't expect miracles! Losing weight and getting in shape takes time and it takes eating well, aerobics and resistance training. Cut down on the eating and make sure that you get your aerobics and other strength training workouts in as well. If you stick with it you'll see a difference. The belt is designed to assist in getting your abs in shape. If you're overeating and not getting aerobics it probably won't do what you expect. -- Nikki

Hello all,

I call BS on those members who post results after 2 days. I use it once a day after my 30 minutes of bench workout and 100 situps. I see a 2-3 inch difference in my waist now, after a whole month of use!!! The key is, like other members responded, a good diet, workout and no heavy meals after 7 pm. I was very skeptical about the belt but it has shown me "some" results... By the way, my wife does not get any results at all so she gave up 2 weeks ago.

Well I have been at it for 3 weeks and I have gotten the front belt up to 70%, now I have the back pads and I have to lower the intensity. I'm at 40% on the front and 25% on the back, together this device is really intense. I do feel some muscles and I think? I have lost 1 inch off my waste and this is right after Thanksgiving. I wear the belt 3 times a day, I'm sure it will work, it will just take longer than the hipe, I fiqure 3 months.

I just ordered the belt today, my name is Greg, Im a high school weight lifter and I've been lifting for 3 years. And to be honest, Not alot of the "Fitness coaches" at the gym are really a whole lot experienced. If i were to ask 2 different trainers at the gym "Can you lose weight but gain it in muscle cause of the workouts im doing" more then likely id get 2 different answers. The answer that seems most correct to me is that you can lose weight while putting on muscle, as i am 97% muscle and 3% fat and 163 pounds they told me i only have 4.8 pounds of fat. Now keep in mind ive been doing this for 3 years. i do literally over 700 pushups a week. I run minimium of 3 miles a week max maybe 6. Weight Loss or gain is not a very fast process. It takes time. When i originally started weight lifting i was in or around 120 pounds. If you can bare with me and imagine, you could literally see my ribs. I cant see my ribs at all these days but in my answer to the question "can you lose weight and regain it muscle and seem heavier?" yes, just try changing your diet to fruits and whole grains. 0% trans&saturated fats are usually a sign its a good food. Also low sugar on the ingredience in the back. These will help you find the foods that will help you stay fit. Also Chicken and fish. If you eat the right combination of foods you will do ok. My advice is to not go heavy on the fruits though. To much and you'll get diarhea or however you spell it. Anyways, best of luck to you guys, Hope i get my belt the day its supposed to come :)
