I tried the countour belt for 30 days and did not see any results. I used the belt daily sometimes two times a day at 30 speed. I returned the belt because I did not see any results. I am a 49 year old female,180 pounds. I tried but had to send it back.Good luck to other that want to try the belt.

Well Sharon, I'm sorry to hear of your experience. I hope to fare better. To be completely fair in your post, you didn't mention that you followed the diet or exercise plan together with using the Contour and in the instructions, though it says you can use the belt more than one time a day those times need to be spaced out by 6 hours, at 180 lbs, you probably did get some results just not those you could see and without incorporating some other diet and exercise routine might not make observable gains. I am in the same boat but will attempt to cut my calorie intake down to a level where I lose some lbs also.:confused:

I will like to return the Contour belt, I expected something different. I don't think this is the item for me, sorry.
