OK I admit I have more body fat than my husband. We just rec'd the contour belt. Went straight for the gusto with level 5 on Resistance. I have it to to 30% and my husband to 15%. We can actually see his abs contracting while nothing shows for me. Any insight?

Hey, I feel the same way and was wondering the same thing. I am using resistance level 3 and crank it up to 32% before I actually feel my abs working. My dad has it at 13% and feels it already and can not increase anymore. Is it because I have more fat? Also, I am not feeling any soreness after or the next day. I've been using it for 3 days and feel no soreness. Any insight on this?

I have the same experience. I have a lot of belly fat (I am 5'6" and 195#) and have used my new belt 4 times so far. I do not get the muscle contractions that my husband does. I will certainly continue using it and be dedicated to making time for it. I used a similar one years ago and felt the contractions right away, but that was 50 pounds lighter ago.

However, I have Fibromyalgia which makes my skin tender and sore, and so far level 20 on resistance mode is as high as I am comfortable with.

Thanks for posing the question, and ... would someone please give us the answer?

:)

Hi,

I am also larger and use this product. I have been Seeing results, but it took a while to figure some things out I'm happy to share. Try reclining or laying back. I found I didn't need to go as High in intensity and started to feel my core working. You don't have to push the intensity High if it hurts, but try to push yourself a little harder each day. Use the Contour around the same time each Day (I use my twice) and make small changes. Like I cut out Soda and cut my daily chocolate to once a week. Its a sacrifice, but something i chose to do.

The only other advise I can give is it took me about 3 months to see results, so Don't give up.

And to Smilemore, keep it comfortable! :)

So did you get results, and are you any better off now?
