Hi,

I've just started with my Contour and have browsed the forum and the manual which came with the Contour and all I can find is that the Resistance Program on Level 1 is what is recommended to start with.

It would be helpful if you could provide a little more information or guidance. Should one stay on Level 1 until they reach the tolerance for 100% intensity and then proceed to Level 2? Should one proceed through all the levels of Resistance before going on the the next program? Your recommendations would be greatly valued and appreciated!

I know that this system will work. I used to work at a chiropractic office and we used estim in our therapy dept. It was wonderful and I had such good results with it ... so I was thrilled when I found out about the Contour. I will be ordering additional gel pads for the upper body and shoulders.

Thanks for any guidance that you can give me in processing with the Contour to work with it to it's fullest advantage and the potential to reap the best rewards.

Peg
