I consider myself to be a fit person as I have been working out almost every single day for the past 3 years. I've lost 80 lbs and am at what is consider the correct weight for me.

In any event I purchased this belt to get those 6 pack abs everyone dreams about. I have a couple of questions, first is what should the intensity level be set for someone that is in pretty good shape. I just did a 45 minute resistance program and honestly didn't feel it. Which brings the next question, should I be using the resistance program or somethig else?

Also, I walk 3-4 days a week for about 90 minutes, is it advisable to wear the bel while I walk?

Lastly, I believe 45 minute should be fine so I assuming I shouldn't do more than that?

WOW, guess there isn't anyone here really taking questions...

In any event I decided tocall in nd was told to set the setting to somewhere near cause you to buckle ove in pain (LOL).I enjoyed that response. In any event I have it at 20% and it sure is a big jump from 10% which seemed to have done nothing for me. I really wish I knew how to use this and wish they had better instructions somewhere, like how often should I increase? By how much? When shouod I expect to see results and what kind of results should I expect to see right off? In one month (before I decide if I keep or return)?Anyone?

Sorry, I can't help - I just got mine a couple days ago and was hoping to see some info on here also. I'm planning to bump my intensity up 5% each day and see how that goes...

ok if you check out my profile and add me to yahoo messenger or message on facebook I can give you some off of the record recommendations to using the machine. I used to be a CSCS fitness trainer *not currently certified. Expired in 2008 but didn't have time in the Army to renew.* I used EMS to assist athletes before but it was always on a pre/post workout basis never a workout. I did do a little research on it though and I have some information that will help you.

I'm in the same boat as all of you - what is the best way to use this machine? They don't really give you the information...just start on resistance.
I don't do Facebook or Yahoo messenger so I can't check out Vic's responses...but wonder why he can't just write them out here.

;)TOMMY.B AGAIN.5/10/2010 HAVE BEEN USEING AB BELT ON LEVEL 1 RESISTANCE PROGRAM EVERYDAYSINCE FIRST POST ON 5/5/2010. I CAN FEEL & SEE SOME DIFFERENCE IN AB AREA.MORE TIGHTER. I THINK THE IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER WHEN USEING THIS BELT IS TO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU ARE DONE WITH YOUR SESSION YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FEEL HAS IF YOU'VE JUST DONE A TRADITIONAL AB ROUTINE WORKOUT.SWEAT POURING OFF YOUR HEAD & MIDSECTION + SORENESS ECT.I THINK THATS A BIG PART OF THE POINT WITH USEING THIS DEVICE.MORE PAIN DOES NOT NECESSARILY ALWAYS MEAN MORE GAIN.WILL UPDATE IN FUTURE.THANKS!
