I've been working with the Contour product for nine days. I work with Resistance Level 5 all morning at 20% Intensity level, and then I do a couple of hours of the Endurance -Level 3 at 15% Intensity level. I don't feel as if I've been over-worked, actually, my abs are feeling great! Here's my question, although I know it is rather "simple"... my batteries are running low (you think?) and I was wondering if it would be okay if I were to use regular AAA batteries???? You guys really got me scared after reading the warning info in the manual. Dumb, I know, but I'm asking anyway. Thanks!

Yep you can use regular AAA alkaline batteries.

You can even use rechargable batteries just make sure they are Hi capacity NiMH rechargeable AAA batteries, due to their long life, strong power per charge cycle, and they have no measurable memory effect.

I am an old fart 61 and I want to know if it will take longer to see results. Also, I don't eat all that much do I have to eat all the food required to see benefits?
