I am starting doing the resistance session for 45 min at 20%. I will be increasing the intesnsity in the upcoming days.
But I was wonerding could I do more than one session per day? Maybe two or three sessions daily.

Will this improve my results? Would this overwork my muscles?

Even though I am using the belt is it OK to do normal crunches?

I know alot of questions but any input would be greatly appreciated

I do one session on three different spots on my stomach, I did read somewhere, I was supposed to wait 6 hours or something like that between sessions, but I just move it to a different spot and repeat it the next day. I do upper ab, middle, or fat roll, depending on your build, and lower pooch, one right after the other, while kicking back and watching TV in bed.:) I have even put it on my thighs once!
