I was told by a customer svc rep. over the telephone that you cannot use it more than once in the same area in less than six hours. I'm curious to know if I were to do my lower abs first then I do my right and left obliques right afterward is that overdoing it a little bit??? Just curious?? I'm also wondering is there such a thing as overdoing it as far as the intensity settings go?? Also, I'm wondering how safe is it health wise? Are there any types of health risk that any other users are using that I'm not aware of??

I have been using this July. I do it daily, upper and lower abs. If I have time I do by left and right obliques. I have not had any issues with it. I say, listen to your body - if the intensity feels too uncomfortable - it probably is too high. With new gel pads, I usually do a 40% - over the course of the month,I have to raise it to get the same intensity level as I did when I put a fresh gel pad on.

Hope that makes sense.

I am trying to make sure that I am placing the belt properly. I would like to know if I am suppose to move the belt up from my lower waist for lower abs to around my belly for upper abs to focus on toning 2 different areas or leave it only around my waist for both areas
