Well, I have my Contour and am in day 3.  The first time I used it the little jolts scared the heck out of me!  The product comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, but women are advised not to use it while menstruating.  HUH????  What's up with that?  And if that is truly the case how can any woman truly use if for 30 days?  That seems kind of unfair don't you think?  I can just picture the customer service call now. ... "Um yes, I was wondering if you could prolong my trial period by 5 days or so?"  I actually think it's a legitimate request since they put the warning in the book.  If it's safe why can't a woman use it during that time????

I am curious about this now too. Can anyone provide the reasoning behind not using during your menstrual cycle?

i used mine while i was on my menstrual cycle and as long as i didnt over do the work out it actually helped my cramps. on the third day i was doing the strength training and had the levels set to 50 on each sides and i did notice i received a sharp pain when the pads contracted and it hurt. so i would advice that you just do whats comfrontable for you. dont over do it because it does hurt some what but if you have questions and are still worried i would deff give them a call.
