Subject: can this cause colon problems

I have a spastic colon. After using this the first night, I have had severe diarrhea. I am afraid to use this again until I find out if the Contour could cause this. Please help.

I've been using the Contour for 5 months without any other exercise or changing my eating habbits & have noticed 2 side effects that I am very happy about.  The first is that I haven't had any hemorrhoids at all - nadda since I started using it.  I have had a couple BM's when I fully expected to and still didn't (thank you contour!).   The other side effect is that I have had no acid reflux since shortly after I started using it.  It used to be that if I ate anything at all after 10:00 PM I could guaranty you I'd be up at 2 or 3 AM choking and coughing on whatever I ate too late, trying not to lose it all over the bed.  Since using the Contour I can even eat ice cream after 10 again (not good for weight loss, but sometimes ya just get the munchies).  I have also gone down 4 belt notches ! Thanks again contour.  I've been telling every one about the belt notches & those that can stomach it about my wonderful side effects.
