Iv been use contour for around 2weeks Im at 35% aday on resistance I see alittle form coming but I want to know if I could use the other ones to get better in my form??

you actually can use the different programs on your abdominal region. You have to remember that the main difference between the different exercises is in which muscle fibers they directly target. Whether it is a fast twitch type a or b or a slow twitch muscle is the main jist. And just like with anything the slow twitch muscles *building endurance* when applied to the situp concept will allow you to do numerous situps in a non-restricted time frame. the Stength allows you to be able to push more weight with your abs like doing an angry russian over a pull up bar which is when you do a pullup and then fold your legs over the bar before coming down. The power (exp str) allows you to be able to do more in a shorter amount of time. This could be applied to say a PT test where you have to do more situps in a short amount of time. The higher your exp str is the more situps you can do in 2 minutes.
