I have a question that I am sure has a very simple answer. I can not, for the life of me, remove the belt clip from my contour pack in order to change the batteries. Since I attached it by pushing toward the display screen, I have tried pushing away and lifting up, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How do I change the batterey? It's hard to remove the clip. The battery compartment is under the clip. Please respond. I need to use my contour.

You have to lift the little tab that locks it in place and wiggle it out. That's how I got mine to come out and it gets easier the more you do it. New plastic is a bit tight sometimes.
