I just wanted to compliment the customer service department. I ordered the belt and used it for 2 weeks. I decided to send it back because we are planning on having another baby in the next year and I didn't want the belt to sit around not being used. When using the belt I could feel it working my abs, but can't comment on any results because I did not use it long enough. I shipped the belt back with putting insurance on it, paid about $11.00. 6 days after they received the belt my credit card was fully refunded. I only had to pay the shipping charge of $11.00. Since I paid it in full when I first placed the order, I wasn't even charged for the 14.95 trial period fee that I thought I would be charged for. So if anyone is thinking about sending their belt back for whatever reason (within the 30 day trial period), just know that the customer service department is great and very helpful.
