Is it ok to use an eliptical machine while using the contour ab belt? Or should I do them seperately?

Great question. I had the same one when I started using this technology. I thought, wow! what a great way to save time. First I tried it during walking and that works good. But as the cardiovascular intensity increased like running or stairclimber, I found my body fighting itself. You see, cardio exercise is about working many muscle groups simultaneously and moving blood through the entire body.... Then I would crank up the intensity on the eStim and blood would want to concentrate in my abs. That goes against what the cardio is trying to do. I asked an experience trainer and he explained what I experienced. Now, I use eStim during quite a few activities like gardening, shopping, walking .... things like that. The coolest thing is that while I was trying to save time and combine exercises, I discovered I could actually sit on my sofa, read or watch TV and get the workout done on my abs. I was looking at it the wrong way, thinking I had to set aside special time for eStim. That's the lesson I learned, just do nothing and use eStim. What a great invention!
