I just tried my belt for the first time. I'm not sure about the settings for intensity and workout levels. I started at level one and 5%, but didn't feel much. Where should I begin and at what percentage do I go up to the next level?

YOU SHOULD START AT WHATEVER YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH, TO SEE MOST RESULTS WE DO RECOMMEND TO GET TO 30 % OR HIGHER.

hi i use 20 and it feels good. i just tried 30 and it hurt so should i let my body get used to 20 and everyday move up 1% cause it really hurt :(

Hi,

I too cannot handle much over 20% yet. Started yesterday. However, yesterday I only managed to get to 17 or 18. So my action plan ist to increase daily by 1 or 2%.
After having 5 kids, my tummy ain't what it used to be and I have to build up stamina.

I am was on intensity level 5 at 80% on week 6. I saw no results! What a let down as usual.
