Hello All,
I'm just getting started with the Coutour system, and just completed my 3rd session. I've declared war on my middle-aged mid-section. The other side of the Diet-And-Exercise coin is nutrition, of course. I took the Preferred Foods list with me to the grocery store yesterday, and bought some things from the list. I could not find Whey Protein. What is this stuff, and are there any suitable substitutes? Is this something that's only found in Health Food Stores?
Thanks in advance for any help.

whey protein is a very digestable form of protein and it comes in a powder form that you mix with a liquid and drink as a shake. It is also present in alot of healthier food combinations. Best to get it from a health food store, but I bet Walmart has it.
