Hi, I received the contour belt 2 weeks ago and have used it most every day as has my husband how often do we need to change pads?
Also, I am over weight and i only feel it right through the middle and that is it. am I doing something wrong

Hi,

As indicated in the Contour Core Sculpting System FAQ's (frequently asked questions), gel pads typically are changed every 30-45 days, assuming daily use.

If you only feel it in middle double check this

The two middle ones should be the same color so the electricity travels to outside pads not cross in the middle

I use it for 2 week..and now my belt is not putting out that much risistance..i replace the batteries and still not putting out the risistance that it had...I went up to 100 percent and doesnt even feel like it....do i need to replace the pads or is there something with my contour belt..because i thought it was suppose to last about 30 to 40 days....i do believe the contour belt works though....

Hey!

Mary, No, not really. The cool down program takes care of the "Burn" that you usually feel after exercise. If you want to feel the difference, skip it once and you'll see the difference. And yes, just like any exercise you can over do it. best is once a day to twice a day with time between work outs to let the muscles rebuild.

Teddy, Try placing a couple of drops of water on each pad before use. Also make sure its going on clean, lotion free and dry skin. If you still can't feel anything, it may be time for new pads! Its by uses, not days. So if you have used it twice a day for 15 days, thats 30 uses.

I just got my belt and I am still in the 30 day trial period. It seems to be working.

I have one problem that I wish had been explained to me before I ordered the belt. This belt is going to cost me oaver $200. It doesn't make sense to buy a $200 belt that I will need to spend an additional $30 a month on to use.

The initial hit of each contraction during the Resistance program is very uncomfortable, but the rest of the contraction is fine. Is that normal?

you can cut that cost down to 8 bucks
by getting the lifetime package.
then you just paye s/h.
