Just got my Contour last week and have been using 1x/day with Resistance program on level 1 (50Hz). I have kept changing the intensity levels up by 2-5 % each day but I can't seem to get past 15% (each side) without feeling like my internal organs will be ripped out. What am I doing wrong? Is that OK? Should I increase the initial program level from 50Hz to 55Hz but not go as high on intensity levels? I want to make sure I am increasing my workout but without injuring myself in the process. Seems Ok so far but still not "sold" on it yet.

Thanks,
Sue

Hi everyone: I started using the Belt last wednesday 7/15/2009. I started at 15%, level 1 and today Mon 7/20 I am at 28% level 1, I got to tell you that I am truly feeling it. I haven't seen a change yet, but I am feeling stronger. I have been working out for 45mins per day since I got it and it feels great.
Let's all keep on trying our best and not give up. I'll check with you guys to see how you're doing. Keep posting and thanks!

hey guys.i have been using the belt since may 2009 with only 1 inch lose.the instructions does not tell you much at all.you almost have to guess what to do and when.however after using it for 2 months on resistance level 1 upper body I called a rep. she instructed me to
restart rest.l1 using it twice a day at a intensity that I could tolerate then increase the intensity each time to my comfort.also increase the level every 2 days until I complete all 5 levels. then move on to next program, using each level and your tolerance intensity until you have completed all programs and levels.however I have only lost 1 inch not even a whole pant size. my belly still look like I just had a baby.I am now for past 2weeks incorporating my hip hop abs video.each a.m. I use hip hop abs video for 1 section and belt before bed. do not eat after 8p or drink fruit juices with your meals as they slow down the digestion cycle and causes food to curdle in your stomach.use the belt 2hrs after your meal i or 1hr before meals.the stimulation helps the metabolism speed up. now I see results.mostly from work out with video dancing but the belt help loosen that fat you need to tone with dance or exercise thats what seems to help me. but results varies with each person.I have not completed all programs yet so I am gonna continue til I finish all of them. be encouraged it does help just in different way
for individuals.hope this helps shed light.

ladies start on resistance level 1.on warm up use 15%. in crease by 2% every other day. the use 10% intensity on workout and increase 2% every other day.wash and dry the belly gently (don't irritate the skin)before using the belt.some moistness is o.k.but not wet.stand up when in use go for walk do not sit or bend as it tends to pinch.your intestines are being stimulated
and metabolism increases.the pressure will
subside after several uses.I know because I felt this the first couple times.use it 1 hour before you eat or 2 hrs after a meal.don't drink while using the belt.not caffeine before use if you can help it.drink plenty of water as you should any way.I do a little stretching just before, you know (rt) arm over head lean to left.repeat on other side type thing.lie on floor on belly raise shoulders up slowly off floor while pressing hips to floor keeping face toward flr.several times is good. then off to the tracks--I mean put on the belt.also controlled breathing exhale when strong impulses come inhale upon relaxation.go ahead girls have fun. hoolah back let me know what happens but in all keep your joy.

until you complete all levels there are 5 of them.then move to next program starting level 1 do it for 2 days then move to next level x2 days.you can do each level 2xs a day it won't hurt just increase the intensity on 2nd day by 2% as tolerated.good travels..

I have been using this product for about 2 months. I started level one at 30% and worked up to 50% before moving to level two. I took that level to 50% and went to level three yesterday.I am seeing results but Is this the most efficient method or should I be taking level 1 to 100% before moving on?. Please help ASAP
