Im on my 3rd day of using the contour and I was wondering are there real people out there that can go higher than 30%. At first 30% took my breath away but I was able to deal with it today. I tried 32% for a few seconds (not sure if I can take that). Is this feeling normal? Also I noticed (yes on day 3 only) that my muscles are being worked but only on the outer sides. I have alittle pouch in front so maybe that will take longer to feel it there?

I'm on my 4th day and decided to see how much I could increase the intensity before it was too much and made it to 35%. It was a little hard to take during the warm up but after that, I made it thru the whole 30 minutes without any problem. I also noticed that the cool down phase at 35% wasn't as painful as the warm up was. Hang in there.

I am on my third day and tying to use it twice a day. I am on Level I and set the warm up at 25% but the actual resistance training I can not go beyond 23% without feeling like it is potentially staining a muscle. I definitely feel muscles I have not felt in awhile so I guess that is a good sign.
