To begin receiving Free Gel Pads every month, grant us permission to charge $29.95 to your card to cover the costs of setting up your Fitness for Free program. Then, every month we will send you a FREE 4-Pack of Contour Garment Gel Pad electrodes and charge your card $7.95 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.

• You will then be enrolled in the Contour Fitness for Free Program and a Free 4-Pack of Gel Pads will arrive each month right to your door!
• Approximately 5 days from your enrollment date and every 30 days thereafter you will receive a fresh pack of Gel Pad electrodes for the duration of your membership and we will charge your card $7.95 to cover processing and handling.

You may cancel your Fitness for Free Program membership at any time and purchase Contour Gel Pads on a month-by-month basis. Please call us toll-free at 1.866.644.7706, 7 AM - 11 PM Monday-Friday (CST) 7AM - 5 PM Saturday to update/change/cancel your account. Please note: The $29.95 is NON-Refund able.
