Contour II Back and Ab Belt Extender – Please contact our customer service team for a complimentary belt extender. If the request of a belt extender is requested after the original purchase has been shipped, additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
30-Day Return and Refund Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase of the Contour Back Care System II, you may return it within 30-days for a refund. The 30-day period starts the day you receive your product. The Contour System must be returned in new or like-new condition, in the original package with all the materials included. "Like New" is defined as normal use and wear - free of stains, tears, rips, breaks/cracks, excessive scratches and in good workable order. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet this standard and you will be responsible for paying full price for your system. Returns not meeting these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee equaling 15% of the price paid for the merchandise (not including taxes). Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to refurbishment fee and service fee on a case-by-case basis, which will be deducted from your refund. In cases of missing parts or accessories, your refund will be deducted to reflect accessory prices. Any accessories such as Gel Pads must be returned unopened to receive a refund. Do not return batteries or used gel pads.
Due to the nature of the Fat Burner, Body Reshaping Cream products and Conductive gel, we do not accept returns unless the item was damaged during shipping, in which case, we will replace the damaged item(s).
Refunds are not issued at the time the return merchandise authorization number is issued. Refunds are issued only after the product has been received and inspected. You should receive your refund within 4-10 weeks after we receive your return. In many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. The refund excludes any paid shipping/processing/handling fees, restocking fees if applicable and returned paid shipping costs. An automatic restocking fee of $9.95 will apply to all 1-pay orders returned.
One Year Limited Warranty Return Policy
Contour Products that are returned after the 30-day trial period will be considered a warranty related return and will be treated according to the One Year Limited Warranty Policy. Unless additional year warranties have been gifted or purchased your One Year Limited Warranty will be extended upon the year/s gifted or purchased. This Limited Warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the Product according to the product manual and instructions. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, modification or repair by any person other than Contour, moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosive environments, high voltage surges from external sources or an unsuitable power supply. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on consumable items (e.g. pads, garments, etc.) and is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, no refunds apply.
How to Return Your Product
In order to speed up the processing of your return, include a copy of the Packing List in your package and include the RMA issued on the outside of the parcel.
Please contact our Customer Service team, within the 30-day period, to be issued the Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number. RETURNS WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Return packages must have the RMA number written on the outside package and postmarked within seven (7) days after the RMA number is issued. If merchandise is received 15 days after the RMA number is issued, you will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee of the full purchase price. RETURNS RECEIVED 30 DAYS AFTER THE RMA NUMBER IS ISSUED, MAY BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER AT THE SENDER’S EXPENSE WITHOUT ANY REFUND. Packages that are returned without the RMA will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Ship your package with a carrier (i.e. UPS, U.S. Post Office, FedEX) that can provide you with insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation. As the customer, you are responsible for the accrued costs of postage, insurance and tracking information. Otherwise, Contour cannot provide credit for any packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is not available. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT C.O.D. IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
