Tech Support and Defective Merchandise Policy

If you think an item is defective, call our Customer Service toll-free at 844-248-6072 or Email customercare@teksmartfitness.com and ask to speak to one of our technical advisors. They can help you troubleshoot any difficulties you may be having with your product.

Size Exchanges and Belt Extender

Curvassure Shorts - We will assist you prior to purchase to determine the best size for you. We will offer a one-time size exchange of unwashed, unsoiled and unworn compression shorts. However, in this instance, freight is not covered by Contour. Where a customer seeks to change to a different sized product then the following shall apply:

The total time period of the return shall not exceed the original 30-day period as measured from the original order receipt date.

Contour reserves the right to charge shipping costs.

Contour Back and Ab Belt Extender – Please contact our customer service team for a complimentary belt extender. If the request of a belt extender is requested after the original purchase has been shipped, additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

Factory Refurbished Products Return/Warranty Policy

  • All sales are final
  • 60 Day Limited Warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the Product according to the product manual and instructions. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, modification or repair by any person other than Contour, moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosive environments, high voltage surges from external sources or an unsuitable power supply. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on consumable items (e.g. pads, garments, etc.) and is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, no refunds apply.
  • Exchanges must be approved by Customer Care and be in the state in which you had received the product and unused. Additional re-stocking fees and shipping charges may apply to re-stock returned package and to re-ship the exchanged product. Re-stocking fees may apply to $9.95. To return your product, please follow the “How to Return Your Product” guidelines below.

30-Day Return and Refund Policy for Contour and Curvassure Accessories

If you are not happy with the purchase or need to exchange a Contour or Curvassure accessory, you may return it within 30-days for a refund. The 30-day period starts the day you receive your product. The Product must be returned in new condition and in the original package with all the materials included.  "Like New" is defined as normal use and wear - free of stains, tears, rips, breaks/cracks, excessive scratches and in good workable order. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet this standard and you will be responsible for paying full price for your system. Returns not meeting these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee equaling 15% of the price paid for the merchandise (not including taxes). Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to refurbishment fee and service fee on a case-by-case basis, which will be deducted from your refund. In cases of missing parts or accessories, your refund will be deducted to reflect accessory prices. Any accessories such as Gel Pads must be returned unopened to receive a refund. Do not return batteries or used gel pads. 

Due to the nature of the Fat Burner, Body Reshaping Cream products and Conductive gel, we do not accept returns unless the item was damaged during shipping, in which case, we will replace the damaged item(s).

Refunds are not issued at the time the return merchandise authorization number is issued. Refunds are issued only after the product has been received and inspected. You should receive your refund within 4-10 weeks after we receive your return. In many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. The refund excludes paid shipping/processing/handling fees, restocking fees if applicable and returned paid shipping costs.

One Year Limited Warranty Return Policy

Contour Products that are returned after the 30-day trial period will be considered a warranty related return and will be treated according to the One Year Limited Warranty Policy. Unless additional year warranties have been gifted or purchased your One Year Limited Warranty will be extended upon the year/s gifted or purchased. This Limited Warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the Product according to the product manual and instructions. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, modification or repair by any person other than Contour, moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosive environments, high voltage surges from external sources or an unsuitable power supply. How to Return Your Product

In order to speed up the processing of your return, include a copy of the Packing List in your package and include the RMA issued on the outside of the parcel.

Please contact our Customer Service team to be issued the Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number.  RETURNS WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Return packages must have the RMA number written on the outside package and postmarked within seven (7) days after the RMA number is issued. If merchandise is received 15 days after the RMA number is issued, you will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee of the full purchase price.  RETURNS RECEIVED 30 DAYS AFTER THE RMA NUMBER IS ISSUED, MAY BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER AT THE SENDER’S EXPENSE WITHOUT ANY REFUND. Packages that are returned without the RMA will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Ship your package with a carrier (i.e. UPS, U.S. Post Office, FedEX) that can provide you with insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation. As the customer, you are responsible for the accrued costs of postage, insurance and tracking information. Otherwise, Contour cannot provide credit for any packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is not available. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT C.O.D. IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
