RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept any return within the 30 day trial period, provided the item is in new or like-new condition. You will need to contact our Customer Care at 1.888.240.8172 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).  Please write this number outside of the package and on this form.  ALL RETURNS ARE VERIFIED FOR RMA#.  Any package missing a RMA# will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense. Packages containing expired RMA#s may be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense. Return packages must be post marked within seven (7) days of the RMA# issue date. If merchandise is received 15 days after the RMA# is issued the merchandise will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee of full purchase price.  RETURNS RECEIVED 30 DAYS AFTER THE RMA# ISSUE DATE MAY BE REFUSED AND RETURNED AT SENDER’S EXPENSE WITHOUT ANY REFUND.  Refunds are issued after product is received and inspected. Refunds are not issued at time of issuance of return merchandise authorization.
 
Customers on the Trial Pay Offer will not be billed additional monthly installment(s) as long as the goods are received before the next applicable installment payment.  If you are charged any additional monthly payments and merchandise is returned within the 15 days after the issuance of return authorization date, you will be refunded any additional payments.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS ( please follow carefully)

  1. Call us toll-free at 1.888.240.8172. to obtain an RMA number. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
  2. Write the RMA number outside of the package and on this form. Enclose this form or a photocopy in the original shipping carton.
  3. Return the product using Parcel Post or UPS  within the money-back guarantee period.
  4. Insure the package and keep the receipt. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  5. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT C.O.D. IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
CONTOUR TECHNOLOGY LLC WARRANTS TO YOU, THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL, WORKMANSHIP AND FUNCTION FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. IF YOU DISCOVER A DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN THE PRODUCT TO US, WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE, WE WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT, AT OUR OPTION, USING NEW OR REMANUFACTURED COMPONENTS.

Certain Product failures not covered
This LIMITED WARRANTY covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the Product according to the product manual and instructions. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, excessive moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosive environments, high voltage surges from external sources or an unsuitable power supply modification or repair by any person other than Contour or if the Product has an altered or defaced serial number. This LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover normal wear and tear on consumable items such as gel pads, garments, batteries, etc.

To obtain service under this LIMITED WARRANTY, please refer to above for return instructions. Proof of purchase is required. Contour will not be responsible for the cost of returning the Product or for any damage to or loss of the Product while it is in transit to us. We recommend that you use a carrier that will track your shipment and insure the Product’s safe delivery. Contour cannot accept any returns sent C.O.D.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT, AND THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, PROVIDED BY CONTOUR. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

Limitation of Remedies
YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, IN LIEU OF ALL INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING FOR NEGLIGENCE, IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT, IF DEFECTIVE, UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Contour will bear no other expenses. Contour reserves the right to refuse to repair or replace the Product if it is returned in an unsanitary condition. This Limited Warranty applies only to the Product as used in the United States. It is not applicable in other countries. Contour reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or better quality if an identical product is not available at the time of replacement. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and so the related limitations and exclusions stated above may not apply to you.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
